Not really, It is not freeze yet but if you will have a visit there i will assure you that will amaze you and that would be one of the best journey of your life. Although maid of mist ride is not available for this season but Goat Island and the Cave of the Winds are open and many hotels from where you could enjoy Niagara sightseeing and other fun of being there. Could also enjoy movie at IMAX.
