Lillie, I am going to do agree with you here that all of these are the best places to visit in the month of August and have a fun time. Acadia National Park is my favorite park in Maine to enjoy sightseeing due to its scenic views. Acadia Nature Cruise and hiking options make this place more enjoyable and lovely.
